yes I purhased a warranty for my R.V. in 2004 and I had the refund Guarantee. I was told to send in my paper work after four years if i did not use my warranty, I did everything to the tee and all I recived was a promise that I would get paid as soon as heritage got some money built back up but that might take some time. Still waiting Larry

I transferred the extended "FIRST Guard" warranty on a car I purchased from a private party on 4/17/09. Whe I took the car in for repairs on 6/5/09, the dealer called FIRSTGuard for autorization and repairs were approved and a claim number issued. When I picked up the car, service manager advised me to submit repair order to FIRSTguard for payment. I called FIRSTGuard who informed my my insurance was HERITAGE WARRANTY RRG and they they were bankrupt and insolvent. FIRSTGuard did not act in good faith by telling my repair facility that my claim was approved.

Yes I purchase a warranty covering my R.V. in 2005 under the contract it read you are intitle to refund if said warranty is not use during coverage period. I never use the warranty and Iam intitle to a refund. But after contacting Heritage Administrative Service they said they had nothing to do with said warranty "they were a third party and was not involve in the warranty refunds" . Then I contact my local R V dealership Dean's R V Superstore in Tulsa OK. They said they could not help me, they too were having problem getting paid for warranty work they had done. I feel I kept up my end of the contract by paying for it in Full and never use now the warranty now Iam due my refund. Bill
