		<description>I also have been left hanging with an auto repair bill from these people.  I&#039;d like to sue them and the &quot;Third Party&quot; they hired to shield them from us.  Those folks are just as guilty as Heritage if you ask me.  That company name is NASC, P. O. Box 2082, Devlin, OH  43017.  They won&#039;t even give you an address to write a complaint to Heritage.  Does anyone know if Heritage has offices and if so, where - as in an address?  If there are enough of us within driving distance and our cars are running (lol!) we can go to their office and wait on their laps while they cut us our checks!</description>

		<description>i too have been ripped off. my repairs came to $755.00 heritage will only pay $384.00. i had the work done and paid the difference  now i cannot get payment from heritage it has been 65 days.  if there is a law suit please advise as i would like to put my name on the list.</description>

I bought an extended warranty (paid over $5K) did receive an initial payout for some transmission work but subsequent claims have not been paid. Heritage hides behind an administrator so you cannot talk to anyone. I have also heard they could potentially be out of business. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Are they bankrupt?</description>

		<description>Paid $4,297 for 4/48 warranty from dealer in 5/05.  Filed claim in 8/08 for authorized repair in the amount of $1,618.50.  Received call from National Administrative Services (Gordon) that payment of a $4,750 premium for 3/36 new policy would provide reimbursement of submitted claim ($1,618.50).  This is a rip off.  My attorney is going to sue the dealer that sold the policy - he says good chance the dealer will pay the claim to avoid lawsuit.</description>
